CW Grove Level
The Grove's CW website is used by the Grove's choir, praise teams and our media teams. It serves as the central calendar, sending out email reminders. It is also used to provide an area for the various areas to download music and other files that are needed.
NEED: Central location for all communication, files and calendar for various areas of service.
SOLUTION: I developed a Drupal solution for the Corporate Worship are that brings all of their needs into one simple to read, easy to update and very attractive site. The website provides a calendar that tracks every service of any kind on campus that requires Corporate Worship participation. It serves up the many media files (audio, video, print) that are needed by the different groups to prepare for upcoming services. And, last but not least, it provides a way for leaders in the area to communicate to their teams without having to rely on email, giving a historical view of communications if necessary.
